Hi there I am a new member and hoping for some advice regarding my 3 series 320i. It's a 57 reg with 38,000 miles, and the other day it suffered a massive loss of power and the yellow engine block light came on. I couldn't get the car over 10moh and it coughed and spluttered like mad. Limped it to the garage who said it showed a fault in no.1 injector which they then cleared and then a fault in no.4 injector which they also cleared but then a fault code appeared relating to the ECU! Am heartbroken at my beloved car being in such a state and am at a loss as how to proceed.

Any advice would be gratefully received.

I managed to get it checked out and apparantly it was the injectors that were affecting the DME, got the injectors replaced and had the DME re-programmed with up to date software so should be picking my lovely car tomorrow - yay!!! Can't wait!!!
