im thinking about buying a pair of variant 1 monroe shock asorbers for the rear of my car are these shocks good ones,and how hard would it be to fit them myself ? cheers

Not a bad make really, better than standards.

Very easy to fit, only 2 bolts, one at bottom of shock, one at top.

prob a little, but shocks are designed to dampen the spring bounce...

Your problem probably more than likely is a spring problem

I've always got mine from eBay mate.

I do have a used set of msport for sale and also a sed set of standards if your interested
