Hi Mike It's an automatic adjuster by the look of it and you turn the nut on the pulley with a spanner until the slot (visible in photo) aligns with a hole behind it where you then lock it off with a drill bit of the right size. You can then fit the belt and turn the pulley slightly to release the drill bit and hey presto....correct adjustment1 point
