Does anyone out there have problems with the BMW Online Search facility? I have been complaining to BMW since the beginning of November and nothing is happening. Is it my car or is there a fundamental BMW software problem? Symptoms are that when inputting a UK town (have tried many, including London) into the Online Search box, a message "No location found" is returned. If, however, a German town (I tried Munich) is input, the system responds perfectly (see attachment) This all started when BMW did their software upgrade on Nov. 3rd or thereabouts. BMW Online.pdf
