As some of you know im looking at a BM saturday and i want to change the kidney grill to a black one, ive seen them on ebay. But the car im looking at on Saturday morning is an 52 plate, but when was the facelift and how can i tell if my car to be has it.

So to check for knocks etc I suppose you find that out on the test drive whilst driving, for the springs is it just look at the springs and see if the little cracks all over the springs or is it 1 big crack. What about the cam belt?.

I take it the sport mode is the round button by the gear stick, im really peed off at the moment 2 cars i want are getting viewed over the weekend but i dont get my money until Tuesday. The car i really want is having an MOT on Mondayso i dont want to give him a deposit just incase it fails.

What one would you get, the m sport is manual and the clubsport is auto

Hello, At the moment im just about to advertise my Merc ML270, hoping to sell it buy the next weekend, and my plan is to buy a 330 CI Sport. Im not the most talented at working on cars but i know enough(i hope). I have read the buyers guide and theres some very usefull info there, but what else should i look for, i have about £4-5k to spend and im looking at around a 2002-3.
