Hello everyone, I just purchased an 09 sport package X5 4.8i. It has 65,000 miles on it and out of dozens of cars it is the first BMW I ever owned. I am sure you have seen many of similar newbie threads, but I bought the car sight unseen and I'm having it shipped to me. I've heard some negative things about the 4.8 engine so could you please give me some hints, thoughts, opinions about this kind of a car that I can look for when I get it, so it turns out to be a positive experience for a first-time BMW owner?
