Worst experience was with Vauxhall, going back a few years ago, when Tesco had petrol problems, towed in by RAC who said that the problem was not wrong fuel, they had the car for nearly 3 weeks, a massive bill and when asked them for a sample of the fuel as wanted to claim against Tesco, they had not kept any, although it was big news everywhere. They phoned to say the car was ready, they had parked it in the commercial vans car park, they had to move 6 vans before could get the car out, yet I arrived within 20 minutes of their telephone call.
