Hi all, I was checking the firmware version on my car and, it states: MT-002.127.002? I was looking for the NBT version, is there a way of checking anywhere using the VIN: WBA8E12060A682784?

Hi all Has anyone done an NBT EVO 6 car play upgrade for 2018 F30 . I bought a unit which was NBT compatible but turned out wasn't NBT EVO 6 compatible. What's the solution to upgrade to Car play? I can find plenty of NBT ready units but none for EVO 6? Many Thanks!

Hi Dave, yes I am in touch with Erisin Customer services but they are suggesting obvious things that my installer has already tried, he did also move the fiber optic connection. Not sure why it isn't connecting, its got to be a settings thing I guess unless its just not compatible with NBT EVO 6? I am waiting for customer services to confirm if the unit is compatible with EVO 6 BMW software. Simon

Hi I purchased an Erisin unit from Amazon, brand new from an authorized dealer, NBT unit which they said would be compatible with my car (F30 2018 330e). When my audio specialist fitted it, the android screens worked fine, but the unit would not connect to the BMW system, got an error message stating, no signal. Also, no sound as no AUX port. He said the unit supports NBT but not NBT EVO 6 which is what my car is. Does anyone know if there are any extra bits needed to make this product work or if its just the wrong unit. Hi all, I’d like to replace the star head bolts and washers in the engine bay, just the ones you can see. There appears to be 2 different sizes, does anyone know what the sizes are?

Hi, I’m new to BMW, having just bought a 2018 330e. It has the smaller navigation screen and I’d like to upgrade it to the panoramic wider screen, can I just buy one and swap the screens or will it need new firmware/software or any coding? Thanks in advance for any assistance!!
