Is this collective complaint ongoing, I've just bought a bmw 2 series gran tourer auto 69 reg at 35k miles a week ago. Once we got it home and started using it we noticed a jerk in gear shift from 3 to 4. Got it checked and they said the gearbox was gone and its a known BMW fault. Going to try and get a refund but just in case they deny, we will want to complain
