Evening all. Please help. I have a BMW 116d I've taken my car to my local garage and they have inspected it and put it on a diagnostics machine. Nothing is showing up. When my window Wipers are on, the car randomly loses power and then sorts itself out. It is like the breaks are being applied. No faults show on the dash. I'm puzzled and would appreciate some guidance. TIA
