fluids are topped up! vibration comes when vehical is staionary and at low speeds

Hi all I have a vibration coming thru the steering wheel when i turn it. I have been told by a friend that this is a common problem with the X5 and that BMW has an oil which goes into the power steering fluid reservoir and gets rid of this. Any ideas what its called?? Paul
