  1. Hi Andy....welcome to the Forum If it has an electronic handbrake then the motors will need to be put into service mode to replace the pads and the calipers would still need winding back as well Let us know how you get on with it
  2. Thanks for the update Andy That is unbelievable, I cannot believe it is not a Safety Recall already, I would be more tempted to contact VOSA https://www.gov.uk/government/organisations/vehicle-and-operator-services-agency and report the information to them. If they believe it is a serious concern then they can escalate it to BMW. Huge error on BMWs part by using the wrong bolts that stretch and shear....probably overtorqued aswell
  3. Hi John....welcome to the Forum Hope you find a cheap solution to the coolant leak It could well be AirCon discharge as around this time of year there would be a huge amount of condensation build up inside and if the AirCon is set to recirculate then there is every likelihood that it could be that. Let us know how you get on with it Cheers, Trevor
  4. Hi Carl....welcome to the Forum Good luck with the purchase, would only advise that there is a decent service history with the car and that any revisions have been carried out over time. Good to have you onboard and post up some pics of the new Bimmer when you get it. Cheers . Trevor
