  1. Hi Kieran....welcome to the Club Replacement of the air bags is a relatively easy job but you will also have to replace the controller which will now be defunct and code in a new one. Also, some sensors may have to be replaced also. Technically, everything associated with the SRS including the wiring loom should be replaced following an incident that has led to the Airbags deploying. Let us know how you get on with it all

  4. I would always ensure that the car is over-serviced to be on the safe side and always using quality parts and fluids
  5. With BMW it seems there are three services (unless things have changed over the years) Oil Service - which is just that and a checkover Service I - which is a minor service Service II - which is a major service I would double check all service history stamps to check nothing has been missed though and then go for the one you think it best for the car, and your wallet 🙂
