emperorming

Hi all, just purchased e39 530d sport and some of the pixels on the display, milage, outside tempreture, seem to be faded or in some places a bit "sometime,ish". could anyone advise me how to sort this problem... is this common with these vehicles? also outside temp guage seems to be stuck on minus 40 for some reason!!!!!
