Invest in a DA mate, give her a good decontamination with products like ironX etc, then was, clay, wash, polish with DA then add wax of choice. Waxing is pointless with out the prior. Its all in the prep Stick with AG products mate.
I can understand dude. Forced induction is probably your best bet, maybe a supercharger and creating your own kit would be a nice project. Thinking of creating my own S/C kit and adding a S/C to my 330ci next year.
Would be cheaper with a transplant mate. If your willing to fork out and put time in, best you could do would fit a 3.2 M3 evo. But by the time you have brought lump, gearbox, diff, brakes etc, you prob could have brought a Decent Evo.
My mate was talking to me about these yesterday. From what I can gather its a different fuel pump that puts 1.5 more fuel into the engine. But from what I have read (unrelated to Power boost valves) early combustion, which i think extra fuel would cause, would cause engine knock...which is bad news.
Sounds good mate. But with a 318 and most small engine petrol BMW's you wont gain much preformance difference with exhaust, intake and remap. You will get a better sound from the intake and exhaust, but not much prfeormance difference. As far as a remap...I honestly wouldnt bother mate. For the money you will pay out for such a small gain.
