Ok,I feel its time to have another BMWOWNERSCLUB meet soon, before christmas. So looking for a list of locations and peoples names. Been and looked at a 1 today. Having around 8k to spend, the wife decided on a 1. Which I was happy with until I got in one. Cheap pieces of crap, i looked at a 118d, 120d and a 120i M sport, what has gone wrong with BMW? She could have a Fiesta ST, Saab 9-3, E46, anything, and they all seem better build quality. She is determine to have a 1, but I feel that we will be paying for the BMW name. My 2003 e46 SE seems 100% better build quality. Also took a peek at a 320d 2008 plate, and TBH, mine has done 117k and if someone wanted to swap me for a 2008 plate with 60k on, I'd refuse. Terrible cars, creaky, squeaky pieces of poo.. Dissapointed BMW.. Anyone else with a later model feel the same?

Garage job mate.. just refilling oil won't sort the light out. But I'm sure the is a button combo that gets rid of this, some E36 owner will be along soon to help you out I'm sure
