Yeh I actually ordered mine from them about a week or so ago. Front and Rear discs and pads with sensors for £80. Been sitting in my mates garage since. Should be fitting them next week.

Hi guy's, As said in title, I have a BMW E39 Estate which is being broken for parts. Please let me know if there are any parts you want and I will let you know the condition and price (Unless you want to make me an offer). Car runs perfectly, only problem is the alternator is pooped. Thanks, Steve.

Maybe some pringles to........... :P. But it means less attention to my car so hmmmmm. lol.
-
Sounds good mate, Still trying to get some figures in e-mail so I can send it all over to you and see what you think. Steve.

Haha yeh I understand that. I have been offered some deals on group buying for carbon badges, currently waiting for a reply on a deal for BMW tamper proof dust caps and M sport badges. Also have to call a guy on Monday about a discount of getting Powerflex bushes for group buying. If enough people signed up to buying one of these items I don't mind buying them myself and then I can send them out to people when they transfer the money through paypal or something so it's all secure. Or if one of you staff members wanted to do it for some more security to the club members. I think at the moment I've got the guy at about £9 for a pair of carbon badges if we ordered 10 at a time. Waiting for him to reply about the other items. I'll keep you posted though :).

Yeh true, just wondered if there was anywhere else other than Eurocarparts for brakes. But I'll just stick to them.
-
Hi guys, I've come buy some spare cash and have decided that I want new brakes as they are a bit suspect haha. Adding everything from Eurocarparts it looks like just under £100 for front and rear pads and discs. I found a company called Mtech who will do Front and Rear pads and vented and grooved discs for £152. Does anyone have an suggestions for what brakes are good for my car (1998 318is). Got a budget of around £150 give or take. Cheers guys. Steve

Am I Going To Have Any Problems With These Wheels?
E36-Steve replied to timmoon's topic in BMW 3 Series Forum
Now I have lowered my E36 there is about 4mm gap between the inside of the wheel and the coilover collar with the spring wound up pretty tight. Not sure if you would run into a similar problem on the E46 with them wheels without running spacers. -
I'm afraid Dirftworks have come back to me and said they do not offer any bulk discount because there coil overs are priced so cheaply anyway :(. Sorry guys.

There you go guys, the link to the Santa Pod thread: http://www.bmwownersclub.com/forums/topic/9718-santa-pod-15th-september-bmw-show/

I'll try and get in touch with Driftworks and see what they say. I'll let you know what they say. If they just say know then that just hits the nail on the head as it were lol. I'll keep you posted Daz.

Oh really :(. I know MX5 Nutz done it with HSD coilovers. If there about £600 and we got 10 people together that's £6,000 going to them in one lump, surely they would offer some kind of discount on that wouldn't they? Steve
-
I'll agree with that just from the time I went.
-
Yeh do..... I've been once before a few years back and it was brilliant. Some of the guys on here have been for the last few years so they will be able to shed a bit more light on how good it really is :).
-
Has anyone ever heard of group buying for parts. I know they do in for coilovers on the MX5 Nutz forum. Might be a good idea if someone could speak to some manufactures and see if a certain amount of parts were brought at the same time, would they offer a discount. Then just get people to put there name down in the thread for parts they want. When there's enough people..... discount for everyone :). Good idea..... Bad idea? Steve.

That's OK, It's only a small meet nothing amazing lol. I'm not sure I'll be heading to the BMW show at Santa Pod on the 15th September I'm afraid.
-
I'll def be there this year, went a few years ago before I had a BMW. Think it was my first time at Pod as well, must be destiny I now have a BMW :). Also got a friend who wants to come in his E46 330i but not sure if he will be bringing it or coming with me. I'll put my name down as number 1. as no one else did :P. 1. E36-Steve 2. 3. 4. 5. P.S. Just kidding put my name under everyone else who said there going at the beginning of the thread lol.

Haha, never say never.... Ok well i'll put something together, still in two minds whether or not to DIY it on the driveway or take it to my mates garage for him to press the old bush out. Would be much easier to get it pressed out but it's all the way over in White City lol. Plus this is my first BMW and never done bushes before. Keep your fingers crossed for me :). Think there arriving Tuesday. Steve.
