Looks like Dabs covered everything else :) Hedgehog resistor is in the passenger footwell on the right hand side,they are a common failure...............have a look n YouTube for a vid to find it,its an easy change :)

Welcome to BMWOC :) Misfire could be plugs or a dodgy coil pack,the heater is more than likely the 'hedgehog' resistor,and fuel gauge is probably a fuse blown ????
