Hi si 330i=5 door 330ci=coupe 330ci m sport= sports package lots of different things mainly face lift/pos napper interior etc, no extra power the same as above! M3 if your after power cozzy to a 330 debatable in my opinion. 330's still a very cool car, And welcome to the forum...

E46 M3 Diff Clunking Sound Only Now An Again??

Good news!!!! Had a look the other day found a little movement on the diff,replaced the mounts hay presto fixed no clunk, I'm no mechanic but damm, I did it in no time at all,with a very small tool box easy.... Thanks for all the support guys!!!! -

Hi all iv got a clunking sound now and again when in gear and slowly let out the clutch I get a clunk coming from the back end I assum it's the diff. It had a inspection 2 service in august and done 3000 miles from service I no the diff oil was changed etc any help would be welcom!?!

Chain will be good for 250000 miles keep on top of the tensioners and frequent oil changes oh yeh welcome to the forum!!!

Well using more fuel down to 20.3mpg . think this is only because iv now got even more of a lead foot, since the csl intake

So iv been playing I got a direct replacement k&n panel filter cost £38,not much different from the paper filter apart from my mpg was much better. befor I was getting around 21.3mpg it went up to 23mpg great. I have just fitted a new carbon csl air intake system (wow). it stung my wallet but well worth it, the sound is awesome not looked into the mpg at this moment, but hell it gives you a even bigger grin!!

Hi Gareth I have a Harmon Kardon sound system it's amazing sound, no need for a sub at all. best bet is to look on eBay. I have also just purchased a new eonon sat nav,radio,DVD etc (d5150) great setup cost me £258.00 from eBay, took 45 min to install.hope this helps you out good luck! Gav...

hi all new to this, had my e46 m3 now for just over a month and loving it :D , after some advice on which air intake is the best for it, I no all about the carbon csl, thinking more on the lines of k&n/pipercross/ or bmc.
