GOOD NEWS Stripped out the glove box started to dig about by the fuse box and there the problem was ecu that push fits in to the fuse box had slid out about 5mm pushed it in an all sorted !!! Thanx Chris

Got this sorted now plugged in to bmw machine re set everything an now all works

Driving home from work wen all of a sudden the clocks went off no lights no speedo no rev counter nothing (no power ) the car still drove an go me home but now will not start still nothing it's as if there no power going to the clocks , wen I put the key fob in the radio comes on and that's all that happens wen I hold clutch down and push the start button the radio go off I've tired my spare key but it's the same My friend with a code reader came down and plugged the car in but the obd isn't powering up the code reader ????

Looking in to getting the dis -SSS cd and obd/USB lead , I have found this one on ebay but it's not in the uk dose any one no we're I can get one from in the uk ?.?. Here's the item number of the one I've found on ebay 231131036820 Thanks Chris

Check oil cap for cream if so could be head gasket , has it lost water since ?

As I sed in the first post all window controls have been tested an are fine ?

All fues are good , and there is disable butten to stop the rear buttons from opening the windows but windows don't work with the butten on or off ??? WCM ?? What is this ?

hi there, new to forum so I hope im posting this in the right place ,, I have a e87 118d 2004 , not long got the car wen I got it had these problems , 01-Rear windows do not work, never got them to go down ever . "cc-id 259 anti trap deactivated" iv tested all switches "left rear ,right rear and front right " an are all fine and illuminated ?? 02-rear window wiper not working at all or the rear water washer jet, iv cleaned out the washer bottle, tested the water washer pump "its works fine" iv unblocked the nozzle but still wont work iv tested the motor by putting 12v to it an it works fine but will not work when I push the right stork forword nothing happends ?? any help would be grateful thanx chris
