  1. Keep looking on eBay I guess
  2. Welcome along Rob. Love to see some piccies of your Isetta and R35 when you get time.
  3. That's a real shame. Hope the re-chargeable battery holds out on mine.
  4. Hi Alan. This may help.
  5. This any good. It doesn't say if it has Bluetooth or not. http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Bmw-E46-M3-Sat-Nav-Screen-2003-Model-Fully-Working-/121642317156?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_3&hash=item1c52727564
  6. Oleased its sorted Fred. Now time to enjoy it. :)
  7. Welcome along Simon. Good luck with the conversion.
  8. Welcome along Philip. Im driving up to Oswestry on Saturday so may pass you (or vice versa) on the A5 or M54.
  9. Welcome along Andrew
  10. Welcome along Ritch
  11. Welcome along Jamie. Would be good to see some piccies of your restoration.
  12. I have never had to buy these myself. Have you tried somewhere like Maplins?
  13. Mine are light grey. I think I would prefer Anthracite though as it is a dark grey. I think that would look even better on a silver BM.
  14. I would try using a good flushing additive and drain oil again. Change filter again as well. Hopefully no damage has been caused.
  15. Welcome along Gemma. Car looks great.
  16. Hi and welcome Lili. Its much the same as looking at any car your planning to buy. Ensure it has a recent MOT and check it for any advisories. This could indicate some expensive bills about to come up. Check the tyres are good and the wear is even and the brake disks and pads have plenty of life left. You don't want to buy a car only to have to pay out for these straight away. Suspension bushes tend to go on the older cars so see if there is any indication that these have been done. General condition of the bodywork and interior will indicate if car has been looked after or not. Must have comprehensive history with it. Good luck with your search
  17. Welcome along Gary
  18. Good luck with it and please keep us updated on how it is comming along. Love to see some photos when you get a chance.
  19. 400 Euros sounds a bargain. Even if it wasn't running it would be worth buying to restore. Depending on mileage and specification it could be worth anything from £4000 to £8000. Obviously if it was an Alpina it would be worth a whole lot more.
  20. Welcome along Simon
  21. Welcome along Steve
  22. Feeling for you Buddy. The ignorent sensless morons that do this sort of thing need to be set on fire. Maplins seem to sell a lot of the security camera gear for what looks like reasonable prices. I havent any experience of using this stuff though.
  23. Welcome along Dean
  24. Le Mans blue is the colour and it took me months to find a low mileage one in the spec I wanted. You may be able to get an OBD11 device that connects to your computer with software that does the lot. I have a very good code reader which clears the codes but not the service indicators. One of these: http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/BMW-C110-MANUFACTURER-OBDII-FAULT-CODE-ENGINE-ABS-TRANSMISSION-AIRBAG-SCANNER-UK-/161673843593?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_3&hash=item25a4831389
